Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust - February 2018

16th February 2018

We are busy working on the refurbishment of 3 ambulance stations for Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, at Leeds, Whitby and Filey.

The Whitby and Filey projects have been fast-tracked to site to meet strict procurement requirements and are both due for completion by the end of March. Both sites include the removal of ACMs, internal re-planning, re-wiring and general refurbishment; Whitby also includes an extension to form much needed improved rest room and kitchen facilities.

Leeds station is currently at planning stage and incorporates the new AVP (Ambulance Vehicle Preparation) scheme internally. Extensive external re-planning is proposed to create additional in-curtilage parking for staff, Rapid Response and Patient Transfer vehicles.
