New Home for Jarrow Brewery. March 2013

11th March 2013

Working with nationally renowned brewery consultant, David Smith, and specialist fabricators Johnson Brewing Design of Bury, Beaumont Brown Architects has designed a layout for a 40 barrel brewery within the shell of the a high specification industrial unit for the local, award-winning Jarrow Brewery.

A large cold room with conditioning tanks and adequate storage for casks and bottles is planned, together with a traditional Copper, fermenting vessels, hot and cold liquor tanks and cask washing facilities.

It is envisaged that a bottling plant will be installed in the adjacent unit in the not too distant future as the demand for the brewery’s Rivet Catcher beer continues to out-strip supply.
