Helmsley Arts Centre, N Yorks

Since acquiring the old Quaker Meeting House in Helmsley, the original building has been developed by the OMH Trust and Tony Burns RIBA FRSA, in various stages, into a thriving, multi-functional arts centre.

This latest development provides a flexible rehearsal space, workshop and storage area on the main entrance elevation of the building. The new gable was designed to retain the stonework and date stone of the original building which provides a striking facade to the building.
